HMML and After Violence Project Endorse ‘Our Future Memory’ Campaign for Digital Rights
The Hill Museum & Manuscript Library (HMML) and the After Violence Project, organizations deeply attuned to the imperative of digital preservation, have just endorsed Our Future Memory’s “Statement on Digital Rights.” This declaration champions the preservation of vulnerable archives and insists on the four fundamental rights necessary for these and other memory institutions to conduct their critical work.
Both HMML and the After Violence Project are lending their voices to OFM’s campaign, ensuring that digital heritage is both accessible and safeguarded for future generations. This collaboration underscores the vital importance of cooperation among memory institutions to guarantee the long-term availability and integrity of digitized memories.
